Addie-isms....

So here are a few things that I had to jot down, somewhere that I can't misplace them or hide them under a pile....Plus, Addie's vocab is growing so quickly that if I don't get them down quick- they change and I forget!!

"I dood it..." as in "I dood it my telf mommy." I do it myself...sound familiar?
"Yook" as in "Yook, I got an owie!" Look I have an owie!
"Mommy hooooold you..." really meaning hold her
"is pity mommy" it's pretty mommy!

Well that's all I can think of right now, I am sure I will be adding to the list!!

"Paise the Yord Halleloo"- "Praise the Lord, Hallelu"

Also, when Rachel was up here for a visit she was playing with Addie's shirley temple curls while we were talking. All of a sudden Addie took Rachel's hand down from her hair, turned around and said with eyebrows furrowed "No, don't play with my hair!" Such attitude! Rachel and I busted out laughing...is this child for real? Almost two and knows so much. I am overwhelmed with what she understands, and the sentences that come out of her mouth. I love having conversations with her about her sippy cups being empty, or it being naptime. Both of which are on the Alist for conversations with a two year old.
