Just a few things to jot down!

So lets see here...about 2 1/2 weeks ago, Addie woke up on a Monday morning and decided that Today was the day to start potty training. And guess what? It was the easiest thing so far!! She is now in big girl panties all day even through nap time and also at night. All I've done is give her some stickers and M&Ms when she goes. We've even been on long trips down to Charlotte- big girl panties in the car ride- and no accidents. I am so proud of her!! At first it was funny though becuase every time she went to the bathroom she wanted to wear a new pair of panties. I guess she figured before she would get a new diaper every time she went so why wouldn't it work the same way with panties?

Maddox started pulling up on Monday (WAHOO!) and has a few key bruises to show for it. Fortunately, we dropped the crib down last Sat. Unfortunately, now when he wakes up during nap time or bed time, he stands up....and cries....and cries. So I go lay him back down and he stands up...and cries and cries and I lay him back down...and you get it....I remember Addie doing the same thing. But I don't remember how we conquered it. He is so tired and pitiful.

Addie was sitting in her car seat the other day and she said "Mommy, how do I get my tooth out?
Mommy: Do you mean you have something stuck in your teeth?
Addie: Yes. I have a tooth stuck in my teeth.
And I just didn't know where to go from there.... I mean....?????

Also, I have recently been informed that Addie will wear her princess dress on her birthday and will have an orange dinosaur cake.

Anybody got a dinosaur mold?

She is also starting swim lessons next week and I am super excited about that. And then dance starts in June...and she is super excited about that!! I'll post some pictures when I get a chance!!

Speaking of standing up and crying......quiet time has been demolished.....
